Generate standard documents and reports in real-time
A large number of standard documents can be generated during the processing of policy transactions. These are saved in the database and clients and insurance intermediaries can log in to their self-service dashboard at any stage and either print a hardcopy, or email a softcopy, of the documents.
They can also generate new documents such as a “Certificate of Currency” or proof of insurance document.
Axelerator Lifecycle Services also comes with a large number of standard reports and online charts that authorised people can print or view. Some examples of these include strike rate reports, monthly revenue tracking, cleanskin ratio analysis over time, referral reasons, service level analysis and work load reports.
