Longer term cases can be more efficiently managed using Axelerator. The application provides for rules-driven tracking to ensure these cases aren’t neglected. Treatment options over a longer term period can be recommended using your own or a third party database integrated with the system.

Analysis of longer term cases to determine best practices for minimizing claims expenses can be undertaken using the dashboards and reporting tools in Axelerator.

Audit trails are also maintained for all interactions with a claim record. The application can provide an audit trail of all the steps associated with a claim and display them in chronological order.
