The application provides Insurer’s with an intelligent, easy to use and customize web-based claim lodgement form for all claim types including Death, Permanent Disability, Trauma and Income Protection claims.

Incorporating a user friendly interface, with features for building an intuitive form such as reflexive questioning and context sensitive help, Axelerator gives you extensive functionality for designing an insurance claim lodgement form to maximize the amount of correct data gathered from the claimant, with the minimum of questions.

Axelerator’s workflow capabilities are used to route the lodgement form to the next required step dependant on the pre-defined rules. This could either be to a tele-assessor, if the claimant opts to complete the lodgement via your call center, or it could be routed into a triage process.

Once the lodgement is completed, pre-defined rules can automatically allocate a unique claim tracking number and notify, via a standard email template, the claimant of their successful claim lodgement.
