Axelerator automates core claims processes for ongoing management of longer term claims cases. It provides a way of managing Income Protection and Group Salary Continuance claims in an efficient way with ongoing payment calculations, follow-ups and issuing of recurring statements, all automated in a rules-driven process.

The application provides a Case Management Workbench to deliver a consolidated view and to manage the ongoing requirements of each claim case and its assessment.

For longer term Income Protection periodic declarations, Axelerator can be configured to automatically handle these upon receipt for each individual claim case.
