The next stage is claims assessment. Online web forms, linked to the claim form, can be used to gather any required medical information from Doctors and Employers in support of the claim.

Emails are automatically sent to Doctors and Employers with a link to a web form for them to update with their assessment. Supporting documentation including a Certificate of Medical Attendant Report, can be uploaded and stored with the claim.

Once all the information from relevant parties is gathered, automatic assessment of inconsistencies among the forms submitted can be performed. Any additional assessment notes can be recorded and linked to the claim.
