Service providers which provide services to augment an insurer's operational capability can become an integrated part of an insurer's operations:

  • Where appropriate, service providers could use the insurer's system under a designated role so they can integrate seamlessly with an insurer's processes
  • Alternatively, integration can be established between the insurer and the service provider systems to facilitate sharing of information and process flow
  • Standard Connectors supported as Axelerator components can be created for the more popular service providers.
  • Portals can be provided to monitor the services from the provider.
