Members in the wholesale area will have access to a Self-Service Portal branded under their Fund’s name (and typically integrated into the Fund website) to:

  • Undertake a Needs Analysis and get a Quote
  • Apply for new insurance cover
  • Lodge and track of claims
  • Change policy details – address, beneficiaries, payment details
  • Get quotes and apply for mid-term changes to increase cover, add riders or for cancellations.
