Groups will be able to provide enhanced insurance services to Members and through their Self‑Service portal access information concerning any particular Member, including new business and claims history for a defined period:

  • Services to Members provided through integration with the Fund’s systems, facilitated seamlessly by the insurer using a white-labelled interface with the funds branding and web look and feel
  • Manage their relationship with the insurer, with real-time dashboards on new business and claims status
  • Regular reports on the insurance portfolio.
