Will have a Claims Workbench from which they can have all the relevant data on each individual claim at their fingertips allowing them to more effectively perform their day to day activities including:

  • Reviewing claims applications
  • Performing triage in claims
  • Utilising workflow capabilities to better support the claims process
  • Benefiting of automated decisions which free up their time to focus on the more complex cases
  • Making a determination on whether to accept a claim
