Using the Axelerator Insurance Platform for Bancassurance, Bank customers will be able to access a Bank-branded Self-Service Portal or use call center access to:

  • Get quotes and apply for insurance
  • Lodge and track claims
  • Review cover, make policy changes and apply for mid-term changes
  • Deal with banking staff who are knowledgeable in insurance and are supported by automated processes at the point of interaction
  • View their insurance details in conjunction with their banking products.
