Axelerator Lifecycle Services manages cancellations of policies and pending transactions.

Policy cancellations are performed on the most recent in-force transaction.  Once the policy has been cancelled the transaction status is updated to reflect this and the policy record is updated to show it has been cancelled.

Cancelled transactions are still displayed on the policy record for audit purposes but can only be viewed and not edited.
