  • Implementation

    AXE's project methodology embodies an agile approach to development and delivery, focusing time and effort on activities which yield tangible value for our clients.  The full lifecycle is covered from Discovery and Scoping, Analysis and Design, Iterative Development and Testing, Business Rule Development and User Acceptance Testing to Implementation, Operation and Closure.   The methdodology includes a governance model, templates, tools and techniques to deliver a complete high quality and cost effective solution which drives the desired client outcomes.

  • Product Assurance

    Support and maintenance services for the core Axelerator platform.  Take advantage of the latest technological improvements in new software releases and receive support for platform related issues.  Get access to all new releases, upgrades and any patches that we deliver on an occassional basis to rectify problems with the software.

  • Problem Resolution

    Our technical experts are available when incidents occur with your configured application/s.  Incidents can be logged by telephone or internet via our web-based issue logging and tracking tool.  We provide incident based support where access hours, both during and after business hours support, are dependent on the level of support you choose.  To help us with incident analysis we also create and maintain a replication of your live environment including development, SIT and production environments.  This is maintained for the purpose of testing and remedying incidents and development of enhancements and/or minor modifications.

  • Service Management

    Additional services to get more out of your Axelerator environment include Monthly Incident Reporting, Incident Trend Analysis, Engagement Reporting, Service Improvement Planning and BA/Rules Support.  We will give you access to a named technical resource as a single point of contact and help you to drive a better return on investment by optimizing the productivity of your IT Staff and Business Analysts.

     

  • Proactive Support

    By taking a proactive approach to maintaining your Axelerator environment, we help to identify and control platform risks, provide you with access to our best practice learnings and deliver regular training for your teams to keep them up to date with the latest Axelerator technology advancements.  A Health Check will analyse the technical aspects of  your environment and configured application/s with feedback delivered on improvement recommendations including a review of the new features available in the latest release of Axelerator to determine the feasibility of a platform upgrade. Regular Axelerator training sessions for your key staff ensures they are kept up to date with the latest features and platform enhancements.

  • Training

    Our training courses are designed to educate your staff on various key aspects of the Axelerator platform including how to develop and maintain your Axelerator environment and your configured application/s.  Our courses combine theoretical learning with hands-on lab sessions.  Each course is customized  for each client to take into account their specific usage of Axelerator.  Courses include Axelerator Awareness Training, Client Configured Application/Rules Training, Axelerator In-depth Training, Axelerator Administration Training and Reports/Document Generation Training.
